Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region
The Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region of Italy lies in the northeast corner of the peninsula. It borders on Austria and Slovenia and is home to some of Italy's tallest mountains. The city of Venice is located south of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in the Veneto Region.
